Veggie Chipotle Sausage
I am a vegetarian and this was delicious! They have amazing veggie options from appetizers to the dogs! I highly recommend! The atmosphere on freret street is my favorite! We are thinking of having our welcome party here!

I love to build my own dog the food is prepared hot & fresh the fries are top of the line good this is one of go to places after a long day of working I recommend it bring the whole family to grab a dog or you can do friends night out grab some drinks you will not be disappointed ;)
Rougarou
Our favorite place to visit when we come to Nola! I usually let the cashier pick a dog for me and it never misses! We love it so much we're having our wedding reception at the Frenchman location.

My absolute favorite dog; it's filling, right amount of heat and coupled with any toppings is a hit!! Recommend.
Rougarou
So, I got into the city this morning, went to the hotel, and started walking the streets. First time in the city. I had one recommendation from someone back home before I left telling me that I had to come to Dat Dog and get the Rougarou. I asked the woman behind the bar what would be the one thing that would blow me away and leave me with a memorable experience. She automatically recommended the Rougarou. Now, I'm not the biggest fan of overly spicy (hot, burn your mouth) food, but I needed to give it a try. It was absolutely fabulous and delicious. It was just the right amount of savory sweet heat and left a delicious tang in my mouth. The sweet roll, the savory alligator sausage, the tangy blend of mustard and barbecue sauce, the tomatoes, bacon, and just the right amount of jalapeños came together as a flavor explosion in my mouth that stayed with me after finishing the delicious dog. Highly recommend.

The fries were still warm when I got them and the flavor combo is everything!
Tots With Crawfish Etouffee
This has got to be one of my favorite menu items. Especially since I get mine done like the Crawfish Special dog, which adds creole mustard and onions to the tots. The warmness and flavors that the etouffee brings alongside how classic it is with being on top of tater tots. PERFECT!

OMG!!! I've been thinking about this meal since we got home, it was by far our favorite meal we ate while visiting New Orleans. Don't miss out on the Crawfish Special. Call me when you start delivering to Missouri ?
